Online Analyzer GATEKEEPER

Hobre can provide a separate FTIR analyzer for specialized total siloxane measurement for online monitoring of siloxanes!

After the upgrade of biogas, the "Gatekeeper Analyzer System" provides a cost-effective, high-precision, and low-maintenance solution to monitor compliance with Rule 21 at the injection point to the gas grid. This system includes a TDL-PA analyzer that measures H2S, H2O, and CO2, and a continuous measurement WIM Compas analyzer that measures CH4, H2, and O2 while calculating N2. Additionally, it can output specific gravity, Wobbe index, and heating value (BTU). **Main Benefits of Tisomic PA-TDL Technology** - Robust design that reduces the impact of contamination due to very short optical path length - Capable of measuring H2S, H2O, and CO2 with a single device - Low maintenance (no moving or wear parts), typically requires maintenance every six months - Low flow rate (approximately 150cc/min per cell), reducing the emission of unburned hydrocarbons - Easy validation and calibration on-site *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*

Online VFA Analyzer | Hack Japan

Real-time VFA monitoring device to maximize the efficiency of methane fermentation in anaerobic digestion.

The online VFA meter EZ7200 series is a high-performance online titration device designed for monitoring wet anaerobic digestion tanks. It proposes a new management method for medium to large-scale anaerobic digestion processes. In biomass power generation, industrial wastewater, and sewage treatment, the anaerobic treatment of wastewater and sludge in fermentation tanks involves the breakdown of very complex organic carbon compounds, which presents challenges. Real-time measurement of VFA (volatile fatty acids) is effective for stabilizing the methane fermentation tank in anaerobic treatment. Relying solely on pH measurement and sampling can make it difficult to monitor the conditions inside the fermentation tank, depending on the timing. The ideal pH value inside the fermentation tank is said to be between 6.5 and 7.5, but measuring pH alone is not sufficient; adequate buffering capacity [total alkalinity TAC (also referred to simply as alkalinity)] is necessary to compensate for changes in acid concentration. By continuously monitoring VFA, which are intermediate substances during methane fermentation, it contributes to maintaining a more stable fermentation tank and maximizing gas production. By conducting online measurements at 10-15 minute intervals, it becomes possible to anticipate various events within the digestion tank in advance.
